| Chefs & Champagne® New York Chefs & Champagne® New York is the James Beard Foundation’s annual summer tasting party in the Hamptons. The fundraising event features Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, culinary offerings from a select group of 40 fine chefs from New York City and beyond, and an exciting silent auction. The Christian Wölffer Scholarship recipient to support food and wine studies will also be announced. This year's Honorees are Emmy Award-Winning TV Personality, and Host of Food Network's Chopped Ted Allen, and the Judges. VIP Admission begins at 5:00 P.M. VIP Admission includes reserved seating, an exclusive hour of tastings, silent auction preview, a gift bag, and admission to the VIP After-Party. General Admission begins at 6:00 p.m. General Admission includes all tastings and a gift bag.
